Mandatory confirmation of compliance is carried out in the following forms:
conducting obligatory certification;
acceptance by the manufacturer (executor) of the declaration of conformity.
The obligatory certification is the products (service) included in the special list approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 20, 2005 No. 367 "On Mandatory Confirmation of Conformity of Products in the Republic of Kazakhstan"
