Description
Trans-Group SPb LLC (TransGroupSpb) provides services for the transport of dangerous goods of any complexity and at any distance. The company has its own fleet of specialized vehicles - vehicles with permits ADR / ADR, capable of transporting various types of containers.
Cars are equipped with fire extinguishers, tanks with sand and other accessories in accordance with the International Conventions and GOST RF.
For the transportation of dangerous goods of our company, drivers with experience in this field for more than 3 years who have successfully completed training at the ASMAP training center are allowed.
Rules for the transport of dangerous goods by road
* Hazardous cargoes include all substances that, during loading and transportation, can harm human or animal health (burns, radiation, poisoning, injury), and can also lead to fire and damage to vehicles, buildings and structures for various purposes.
* When organizing the transportation of any types of dangerous goods, you must adhere to the rules specified in the following documents:
* European Agreement Concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road - ADR / ADR. Without the admission of ATS to the carriage of goods ADR / ADR, the carrier company cannot transport hazardous cargo across the border. The ADR Agreement was developed in 1957 by the Economic Commission for Europe. Since that time, it has been subjected to several editions. Last edited in 2013;
"Rules for the transport of dangerous goods by road", approved by Order of the Ministry of Transport of Russia dated 08.08.95 No. 73 and registered by the Ministry of Justice of Russia dated December 18, 95 No. 997, Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated April 23, 1994 No. 372 "On safety measures for the carriage of dangerous goods by road ”, Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation of 06.07.94 No. 47“ On measures to ensure safety during the transport of dangerous goods by road ”.
Rules of the road - include images and descriptions of road signs that control the movement of vehicles with dangerous goods.
